Cavity is approx. 1 1/4" wide
Makes 3 ravioli at a time.
 
To use:  Liberally dust surface and cavity with flour, then proceed with your favorite ravioli recipe as usual.  Cut off excess dough, then starting in a corner, peel the ravioli out of the mold.  Flour between each molding.
 
To clean:  Use a non-abrasive but firm brush to remove residual flour.  If filling snuck passed the dough, use a damp (but not wet) cloth to remove any sticky residue.  Do NOT use running water or the dishwasher to clean--they will damage your mold.
