Cocktail Smoker
Directions
Pour the alcohol of your choice into your glass. Place the smoker on top of the glass, to cover the glass. Add a pinch of wood chips to the indentation in the smoker. You do NOT need to fill it completely! Using a butane torch (such as a creme brulee torch), light the chips on fire, and keep the flame going until the desired level of smokiness is achieved. Leave the smoker on the glass for up to 2 minutes. Enjoy!

Helpful Hints:

-
Instead of smoking the liquor, try smoking your ice instead, then add the liquor.
-
A standard lighter is not strong enough to generate smoke.
-
Start with 1 minute of leaving the smoker in place, once the desired level of smokiness is achieved. Sample your drink, then decide if you'd like more or less time.
-
Experiment with our different flavors of wood chips, to match a flavor layer to your preference.
-
Be cautious with where you are using your smoker. Embers can ignite tablecloths or placemats.
-
Once you are finished smoking this round of drinks, remove the burned wood chips, insure the fire is out, and safely dispose of the chips.
