Our handmade, customizable wooden BBQ box has a generous footprint of approximately 24" x 15 x 5", and is made out of Birch plywood.  The decorative veneers are precision-cut from domestically grown, sustainably harvested birch trees, producing visually alluring wood grains on the face and back of the panel that exhibit the warmth, beauty and timeless quality of natural hardwood.  We have added a cleat to the back hinge area, that helps the lid stay vertical when open.  
 
You choose what the configuration of the stainless steel steam table pans.  Are you smoking enough brisket for 20 people?  Go for the full sized pan.  Are you grilling chicken and beef fajitas?  Maybe the 2 half sized pans would be more functional.  Are you serving up hamburgers and hotdogs?  With 4 quarter pans, you could use 2 for the 2 meats, then one for buns, and one for lettuce and tomatoes.  You pick what works best for you!
