Made just like our Original smokers, but with a couple of twists. First off, we use Cherry wood, so the appearance is a little warmer and than with the white oak. Secondly, we limit the production to 200 items. When you turn them around, you will see a handwritten count (1 of 200), as well as the maker’s initials. As native Texans, we are super proud of our heritage, and want to show it off and share it whenever we can. Look for upcoming Texas themes in the future!
