Each purchased Smoker comes with one  6 ounce (By weight) tin of mesquite.  But you don't have to stop there.  We have 4 flavors of wood available to purchase individually, or we sell a gift set of Walnut, Cherry, and Pecan, to round out the Mesquite flavor that comes with your Smoker Gift Set.
 
Cherry  - adds a subtle sweetness  -great for a neat whiskey or margarita
Walnut - adds rich, nutty undertones
Pecan   -  adds warm, buttery notes -  great for honey based and rum drinks
Mesquite - strong, robust smokiness-great for darker drinks like scotch or bourbon
